Distance Healing

Absent Healing, often refered to as Distance Healing in Reiki or other energy practices, is a method of sending healing energy over a distance for the purpose of spiritual healing, and healing of the outer and emotional bodies so physical healing can more easily happen. Distance healing is also used to facilitate stress reduction and relaxation. I perform distance healing sessions with humans and animals.

My distant healing service is conducted with the same focused intent used in personal treatments; with the goal of being an open vehicle for the Reiki energy to flow through in support of my client.

I make no promises. Do not ask for or expect miracles. I believe that Reiki has a powerful balancing benefit on the entire body. Persons receiving Reiki over a period of time will be able to notice the positive benefits. If you have questions that cannot be answered through exploring my website, please email me. Any information provided by you will not be sold or used for any purpose except to contact you.

To prepare for each distant session,

·I gather client information concerning any specific issues, a photograph or a general description of the client.
· We agree on 2 half hour sessions, prearranged to occur within a seven day period.
· My client remains receptive and quiet during the distant sessions or the Reiki is sent with the intention that it be available to you when you are most receptive to the energy.
· If you'd like to receive Reiki Distant Healing, please E-mail Me to make arrangements. Send this information in the body of your email. I do not accept request as attachments.

-Description of yourself if you are unable to send a photo when requested. If this request is for a Pet: it will help to know the kind of animal, Breed, Coloring and Special Markings, Age, Sex, etc. and any other important identifying details.

-Condition for which you are requesting healing: share only what you are comfortable sharing.
-E-mail address of person making request
-Photo - once we have agreed on a Reiki session, you will be asked to send a photo, if possible.

If this service is for someone else you need to have their permission.

Providing me with this information acknowledges that you are giving permission for the healing session to occur. It is also important if you are requesting healing for another that you have permission of the recipient.

If you wish to send distance healing to someone unconscious or as a gift, you can send the healing with the clear intent that it is to accepted by free will only. You may add that if the person refuses the energy, it can go instead towards healing the earth or to someone or something else who you specify needs it.

Reiki energy goes where it wants to go. The Reiki practitioner is a channel of the energy and does not have control over how the energy will disperse itself and to what end.
As with face to face sessions, traditionally 2 or 3 sessions are suggested for the first week, 2 the second week and additional sessions as needed. Remember that rapid change and improvement can occur, be prepared for them. As with traditional hands on Reiki there is a 21 day cleansing cycle. For some this means nothing, for others it may be cold like symptoms. Realize that all problems take took time to develop; so be patient and supportive with yourself in the time it will take to heal.

Contact Me and provide me with the information requested below in the body of your email. I do not accept request sent as attachments. Once I receive your information, you will be added to the Reiki Prayer Healing List. I spend about ten minutes each day sending Reiki to this list. If you would like a full half hour session, see the Reiki Session information above. I will keep your name on my list for one month. If you wish to stay on the Reiki Prayer Healing List, you will need to contact me and ask that your name remain on the list.
