As your Reiki teacher,
I will:

advice, support and information as I have available to nourish
your exploration and practice of Reiki

additional educational opportunities to deepen your experiences
with Reiki

Each class is a
combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration and
practice time. Every student experiences giving and
receiving a complete treatment. In Reiki II Practice
time is given for using all Reiki II symbols as well
as well as new techniques. Workshop structure varies.
~Classes
take place at Sanshin Zen Center, the Reiki Peace classroom,
or as announced in registration confirmation letter.
~10%
of all Reiki Class fees are donated to defray cost of
the the Reiki Wellness Project for Victims of Domestic
Violence and Veterans with PTSD, a collaboration with
the Green Dove Network, Inc. and Indiana Holistic Health
Network.
~Each
student receives a class manual and a certificate.
~All
students receive continuing support through monthly
Reiki Share and other related class opportunities.

With the Master Practitioner

DRUM is the combination
of Reiki and Drumming. This program teaches you a way of working
with the drum as a vehicle to introduce and amplify Reiki energy
as it rides into a person's energy field. I say ride, because the
drum is seen as a shaman's horse. The drum rhythm resonates with
the the body seeking a complementary "journey" as it reminds
the body of its optimal vibration.
In scientific studies conducted
to discover the effect sound and drumming have on the human body
and psyche. Some studies have linked drumming with positive effects
on emotionally disturbed teens, persons with Alzheimer's and Dementia,
and as a support in recovery from addictions and trauma.
